The Teaching and Learning Unit, operating under the Vice Deanship for Academic Plans and Programs Development at the Deanship of Development and Quality, King Khalid University, is dedicated to developing teaching and learning policies and strategies, enhancing assessment methods and educational practices, and improving the quality of education and the overall learning experience.
The Unit supports e-learning and active learning, promotes the development of effective learning environments, and fosters innovation and excellence in teaching practices. It also provides technical support and consultancy services to colleges in various areas of teaching and learning.
Furthermore, the Unit monitors performance indicators and progress toward objectives, identifies challenges, and proposes solutions and opportunities for improvement and development, thereby enhancing the quality of educational outcomes and supporting continuous improvement across the University.
